How do I sign up for a membership to GYDA Member Hub?

Please go to the Membership page, then choose your membership option and follow the online checkout system.

How do I know if my Checkout was successful?

You will always get a receipt email from us. If you are unsure whether your purchase has been completed please check your account ‘My Library’ section where you will see all of your purchases. If your purchase is not here, please try to check out again. If you are still having trouble, please contact our team on mail@GYDAinitiative.com

Where can I find my purchases?

Click on your customer avatar picture at the top right of the screen. You can access My Library which holds all of your purchases. Purchases are membership subscriptions and items that you have purchased from our online shop.

I’ve forgotten my login details!
Your login is your email address. Please add this into the login area and click Forgotten Password. You will be sent a password reset email.

If your email is not recognised, you may have used an alternative email address. If this also does not work, please contact us on mail@gydainitiative.com

Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time, there are no tie in periods. If you cancel part way through a month you will continue to get access until your next payment date. To cancel your membership please navigate to settings/billing info to update your details.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes you can pause your membership at any time. Please contact our team on mail@gydainitiative.com to request.

Can I have a refund on items I’ve purchased in the shop?

Please refer to our standard terms and conditions for cancellation fees. If you wish to cancel a purchase please email us on mail@gydainitiative.com with your request and we will get straight back to you.


ONLINE SESSIONS

How do I sign up for an online Q&A Session?

Please navigate to the Coming Soon area where you will find details of the next Q&A sessions and online webinars. You can register for as many of these sessions as you need. Please register for each session individually.

Once you are registered you will receive an email confirmation with the sign in details.

Where do you store my Billing Information?

Your billing information and credit card details are stored within the online platform Kajabi which has a Stripe payment system integration and is fully secure.
